Kamaitachi (鎌鼬) is both a type of yokai and urban legend.

In Chapter 5, Kotoko Iwanaga stated that Kamaitachi did exist. However, due to how ancient their tale is, it can not be confirmed whether they were born from human thought or not.

- They appear riding on dust devils, and cut people using the nails on both their hands that are like sickles. One would receive a sharp, painless wound.
- According to Kotoko Iwanaga in fact there are three of them; the first who pushed the target, the second who cuts and the third who applies medicine.
